After more than two decades behind the camera, capturing architecture, design, and stories, life handed me a new chapter. The photography industry has shifted, my own world has shifted. Somewhere in the middle of all this change, I find myself in the kitchen, hands deep in dough, timer ticking, and starter bubbling!

What started as a way to slow down turned into something I genuinely love, baking real, honest food with simple ingredients. Bread you can smell before you open the door. Cookies that take you right back to childhood. Simple things, made well, made clean.

So I decided to follow that pull and create something a little more grounded, a small bread company and farm stand built on quality and the joy of sharing good homemade food.

I’m here to offer what I make with intention: fresh sourdough, homemade baked goods, and a place where people feel taken care of. If you leave with something delicious (and maybe a smile), I’ve done my job.
