Hi I’m Dominick, but you can call me Dom :)

For more than 20 years, I made my living behind a camera, photographing architecture, products, and advertising campaigns. While I loved the creative work, life has a way of changing our plans and pointing us in new directions.

What started as a simple hobby—mixing flour, water, and salt into a loaf of sourdough—quickly became something I looked forward to every day. I found joy in slowing down, working with my hands, and creating food from simple, wholesome ingredients. There’s something special about pulling a fresh loaf from the oven, sharing it with family and friends, and knowing exactly what went into it.

As my love for baking grew, so did a dream my husband and I shared. After years of searching for the right place to call home, we settled in Tyler, Texas, where we could finally plant roots, build a small homestead, and become part of a community we love. Rich Grains Sourdough & Farm Stand was born from that dream.

Today, we're proud to serve the Tyler area with fresh sourdough bread, homemade baked goods, farm-fresh eggs, and seasonal offerings made with care and intention. Everything is produced in small batches using quality ingredients because I believe good food doesn't need to be complicated.
